1. Membership Tiers and Access

  • By subscribing to any level (Newsletter, VIP Monthly, or VIP Annual), you gain access to the specific benefits detailed on our plans page.
  • VIP benefits include exclusive PDF patterns, live sessions, “Crochet Coffee” group meetings, and a permanent 30% discount in our shop.
  • Access to digital content and private sessions is strictly contingent upon maintaining an active and paid subscription.

2. Payments and Renewals

  • All payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe.
  • Optional Renewal: You have the freedom to enable or disable automatic renewal at any time from your account settings.
  • If automatic renewal is disabled, it is the member’s responsibility to complete the payment manually before the expiration date to avoid losing access to VIP benefits.

3. Plan Changes (Upgrades)

  • You may upgrade from a Monthly to an Annual plan at any time to take advantage of the $90 savings.
  • Please note that our system does not issue prorated refunds or credits for the remaining days of your current monthly cycle when making this change.

4. No-Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Nature: Due to the immediate access to downloadable PDF patterns and exclusive content, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.
  • Annual Plans: The Annual plan represents a 12-month commitment; therefore, downgrades to monthly plans or partial refunds are not permitted during the active period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will retain VIP access only until the end of your current paid period.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Use

  • All PDF patterns and videos provided are for personal and non-commercial use only.
  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing GretaWings digital files, as well as links to our private meetings, is strictly prohibited.
